Results
Consolidation of 4 Legal Entities
To consolidate 4 Legal Entities into one, we standardized disparate processes and master data.
Preserved Entity-Level P&L Reporting
To preserve profit-and-loss calculation by the original Legal Entities, we added a new Profit Center Dimension and reflected it in the financial statement design.
Standard Cost Conversion
We used Conversion Simulation to analyze Cost Variance Impact in advance, secured data integrity through BOM, Route, and rate adjustments, then reflected the standard cost data in the system.
Compliance With Global Guidelines
We completed the project while complying with the guideline requirements requested by Global HQ.
