SERVICE 04 · AUTOMATION

Business Process Automation (RPA)

We automate simple repetitive work and scale in stages, starting from what's proven.
We automate manual data processing, cross-system transfers, and periodic reporting with Power Automate-based DPA/RPA. A scope assessment first defines the automation targets and expected impact, a PoC validates them, and hands-on training rolls automation out so it becomes an operating system rather than a one-time deployment.

Automate repetitive work and roll it out in stages, starting from what's proven.

WHAT WE AUTOMATE

Six automation types identified across 25 projects

We've organized the tasks we've actually performed into types. Most companies find their automation candidates within these six.

TYPE 01

External Site Data Collection

Access portals, public data sources, and partner sites to collect the data you need and load it into a defined format.

Examples — exchange rate/closing price crawling, public data DB conversion, monthly pharmacopeia site data aggregation, product information collection
TYPE 02

ERP & Core System Data Creation

Process data received from outside for upload into ERP/SAP, or download core-system data for further processing.

Examples — ERP daily-close data generation, POS/distribution network data upload to ERP, purchase order data generation, hotel reservation data entry
TYPE 03

Voucher & Document Issuance

From lookup to issuance, download, and delivery to staff — running standardized document procedures unattended.

Examples — corporate card voucher registration, delivery statement issuance, tax invoice issuance record aggregation, goods voucher generation
TYPE 04

Periodic Report Creation & Delivery

Aggregate data from multiple systems, build and visualize reports, and send them to staff automatically.

Examples — weekly inventory reports, daily logistics reports and chart generation, freight cost calculation data
TYPE 05

Cross-System Integration & Alerts

Connect requests and results between email, internal systems, and partner portals, and notify staff automatically.

Examples — contract email processing/insurer integration, service request field-technician app alerts, data registration alarms, password resets
TYPE 06

Apps & BI-Combined Automation

Combine automation flows with business apps and dashboards, turning request, processing, and lookup into a single business system.

Examples — Help Desk system, cash management/closing system, expense receipt OCR processing, Financial BI reports
TRACK RECORD

Our track record since 2019

Representative implementation cases

BEFORE / AFTER

How manual work changed — three examples

Aurora World · ERP integration

ERP daily-close data generation

BEFOREStaff logged into POS and distribution-network sites separately to look up store, partner, and product masters plus sales, purchase, and inter-store transfer data, then manually uploaded it into ERP. Longer lookup periods meant significantly more time and more input errors.
AFTERSite login, data collection, and ERP upload run automatically — staff only check the results. They focus on reviewing exceptions.
Yuchang · ERP integration

Corporate card voucher registration

BEFORETwice a month, staff looked up and downloaded corporate card usage records one by one in ERP, then compiled the files to generate vouchers. Manual work made up most of the process.
AFTERLookup, download, aggregation, and voucher generation run automatically, and results are emailed to staff.
Celltrion · External site

Pharmacopeia data aggregation & sharing

BEFOREStaff looked up and aggregated data for 15 keywords one by one on an external pharmacopeia site, downloaded PDFs, and separately organized and shared changes. It was a once-daily repetitive task.
AFTERKeyword aggregation, PDF saving, and SharePoint upload run automatically, and only the changed material is filtered and delivered to staff.
HOW WE BUILD

Cloud flows where an API exists, screen-driven RPA where it doesn't

Using both approaches together means legacy systems and portals with no API are still in scope for automation.

CLOUD FLOWS · DPA

API-based automation

Applies when — the target system provides an API
  • Approvals, notifications, cross-system data integration, document generation
  • Uses 1,400+ standard and premium connectors
  • Custom API connector development when needed
DESKTOP FLOWS · RPA

Screen-driven automation

Applies when — no API exists, or only a screen is available
  • Legacy Windows apps, ERP screen entry, web portal processing
  • Runs on a PC or virtual machine by mimicking user actions
  • The majority of our track record uses this approach — site access, crawling, uploads
The two approaches are stitched into one flow. For example, pulling data via API from D365 F&O, then entering it with RPA into a partner portal that offers only a screen.
+ POWER APPS

Combined with a business app

Build request/approval screens as an app and automate the back-end processing. Experience building Help Desk, cash management, and closing systems.

+ AI BUILDER

Combined with document recognition (OCR)

Recognize receipts and documents to extract amounts and line items, connecting into downstream processing. Applied in expense processing automation.

+ POWER BI

Visualizing the results

Connect data gathered through automation to a dashboard to share status. Experience building a financial reporting framework.

HOW WE START

Start with a scope assessment, then scale from what's proven

STEP 1Scope Assessment1 wk

Discovering candidates and prioritizing

We review your list of tasks, identify candidate projects, and prioritize by expected impact and difficulty — also mapping what's possible under your current licenses versus what needs additional investment.

STEP 2PoC2–4 wks

Building one representative task

We select one candidate, build the actual flow, and measure the savings achieved. We size the number of bots needed based on concurrent execution volume and confirm the expected cost.

STEP 3Rollout & AdoptionOngoing

Embedding it through training and governance

We extend the proven structure to other tasks, and hands-on training builds the capability for your team to build automations directly. A management environment and DLP policy maintain both rollout and control.

Hands-On Training Course — Standard 8 hrs · Advanced 8 hrs

The Standard course starts from concepts, triggers, and connectors, then covers automatic email saving, variables and conditionals in desktop flows, Excel and web controls, and wraps up with a comprehensive news-crawling exercise. The Advanced course covers approval and Forms connector scenarios, error handling, advanced Excel work using VBScript, SQL integration, and a comprehensive exercise generating a weekly report, converting it to PDF, and emailing it automatically. We recommend running the Advanced course for staff who have applied the Standard course to real work for 2–4 weeks first.
