AXi4CNS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and promptly handle related grievances.

1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use the personal information processed for any purpose other than these. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• Responding to Consultations and Inquiries — Replying to and conducting consultations for inquiries received through the website's consultation request form
• Business Proposals and Contract Review — Discussing implementation scope and schedule, providing proposals, and work related to contract execution

2. Personal Information Items Processed and Collection Methods

The Company collects information that users directly enter on the website's consultation request form through the user's own affirmative act of sending an email.

In addition, access logs, cookies, access IP information, browser type, and similar information may be automatically generated and collected during the course of using the service.

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by law, or within the retention and use period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

• Personal Information Related to Consultations and Inquiries — Retained for up to 1 year after the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed
• Where a Contract Has Been Executed — Retained until the period stipulated by relevant laws after the contract ends

However, in the following cases, information is retained until the relevant period ends.

• Where an investigation or inquiry is underway due to a violation of relevant laws — until the investigation or inquiry is concluded
• Where a claim or obligation relationship arising from use of the website remains outstanding — until that claim or obligation is settled

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes data subjects' personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the data subject's consent or pursuant to special provisions of law.

The Company does not currently provide users' personal information to any third party.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource personal information processing tasks only when necessary for smooth business operations, and will disclose the recipient of the outsourcing and the outsourced tasks through this Policy.

When entering into an outsourcing agreement, the Company specifies in the contract, in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, matters such as the prohibition on processing personal information for purposes other than performing the outsourced task, technical and administrative protective measures, restrictions on re-outsourcing, management and supervision of the trustee, and liability for damages, and supervises whether the trustee processes personal information safely.

The Company does not currently outsource any personal information processing tasks.

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time.

1. Request to access personal information
2. Request for correction in the event of errors
3. Request for deletion
4. Request to suspend processing

Rights may be exercised against the Company in writing, by email, or through other means, and the Company will take action without delay. If a data subject requests correction or deletion of an error in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide that personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

Data subjects may exercise their rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent, in which case a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with Form No. 11 of the "Notification on Personal Information Processing Methods."

7. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.

• Destruction Procedure — Personal information subject to destruction is selected, and destruction is carried out with the approval of the Personal Information Protection Officer.
• Destruction Method — Information in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that make recovery and reproduction impossible, and personal information recorded on paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

8. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

• Administrative Measures — Minimizing personnel who handle personal information and conducting training
• Technical Measures — Managing access permissions to the personal information processing system, installing access control systems, and security measures such as anti-virus software
• Physical Measures — Controlling access to materials where personal information is stored

9. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Company may use cookies that store usage information and retrieve it from time to time in order to provide personalized services to users.

Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server that operates the website to the user's browser, and they may also be stored on the hard disk of the user's computer. Users can refuse to allow cookies by adjusting the settings under Tools > Internet Options > Privacy at the top of their web browser. However, refusing cookies may make some services difficult to use.

10. Personal Information Protection Officer

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows, who takes overall responsibility for personal information processing and handles data subjects' complaints and remedies related to personal information processing.

Data subjects may direct any inquiries, complaints, or requests for remedy regarding personal information protection arising from the use of the Company's services to the Personal Information Protection Officer. The Company will respond to and handle such inquiries without delay.

To obtain remedies for infringement of personal information, data subjects may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the following organizations.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. In the event of any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policy, notice will be given through the website starting 7 days before the changes take effect.
